What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalised, collaborative process aimed at supporting people in achieving their goals, enhancing their performance, and unlocking their full potential. It involves a partnership between a coach and a client, where the coach facilitates self-discovery, reflection, and learning to empower the client to identify solutions, overcome obstacles, and take effective action towards desired outcomes.

You don't need to be able to articulate your goals or the specific change or progress you want to experience to be ready for coaching, your coach can support you in gaining clarity around the change you're actually looking for or need. If you are pro-actively considering coaching support, this is often the first sign of coaching readiness.
